Spring is a lovely time to bake. Oh, ok, any time is a lovely time to bake, but Spring puts a different twist on things. When the days are getting a little lighter and the sun comes out more often, I feel that my tastebuds want something that goes hand in hand with the light mood and fresh air. Lemon is a natural choice for me at this time and to combine this with a light pastry which is also perfect for this time of the year, I decided to make some lemon choux buns.
