Tie-dye has been around for a long time (I remember childhood t-shirts with mad patterns) and seems to enjoy a big new moment in interiors. Cushions, table cloths and other items are available all over the place and I have to say that I rather like it. I don't really know why it ever went away, it's fun to do and I do like the results. The look fits perfectly into my home and since I'm forever changing things, I always need some sort of backup to put up on my walls when I get bored of the previous item. So, I made this tie-dye wall hanging. As I said, it fits perfectly onto my wall and I do feel it gives my living room a bit of a summery vibe without having to go down the pastel-y and flowery route.
