Time for something sweet. It's getting cooler outside and my tastebuds are getting just a little tired of the light summer tastes and starting to gear up for the stronger flavours of autumn. You know, the kind of flavours that are rich and comforting, work with a cup of black coffee or a glass of heavy red wine.
You might have noticed that I have an undeniable sweet tooth and love spending time in the kitchen baking and trying out things. For some reason, when it comes to baking, choux pastry is right at the top of my list of favourites. There's something about it that I just really like and find very satisfying. The great thing is that once you've baked it, the possibilities of what to do with it are pretty much endless. So, as Autumn is on its way, I thought orange and dark chocolate would be the perfect taste and colour combination. Tempted?
