What can I say. I love pasta. It doesn't have to be difficult or fancy, just a simple dish will do. Adding some flavours like olive oil, garlic, basil, freshly chopped tomatoes and a little parmesan makes it a perfect dish. Satisfying and tasty. I couple of weeks back, on a busy weekday, I had this fab pasta for lunch. I had found it in a small deli in North Yorkshire (of all places!) and brought a pack back home with me. No, it doesn't really taste much different to a good standard pasta, but you know me, I couldn't resist the way it looked - little black and white striped bow-ties. All that was needed was some fresh sage fried in butter and some grated parmesan. Perfect to taste and to look at I'd say, wouldn't you?
